• Asian women make 87¢ to a white man’s dollar 

• White women make 79¢ to a white man’s dollar

• Black women make 63¢ to a white man’s dollar

• Native women make 60¢ to a white man’s dollar

• Hispanic women make 55¢ to a white man’s dollar

I want every woman to make more money. I’ve worked in non-profits, multi-national agencies, startups, consultancies, and Fortune 500 companies. No matter the sector, one thing became very clear. Women were delivering the maximum value while consistently being under compensated.

I walked out of the company I helped to co-found when they wouldn’t match my salary to an underperforming male colleague. Since then, I’ve negotiated for myself from the point of my strengths and with each new job, effectively increased my salary by 50% annually over the past 6 years. I’ve helped the women in my personal circle do the same because I know that we cannot dismantle the patriarchy and gain power without money and wealth. Through systematic and targeted guidance on where they can negotiate, I’ve been able to replicate my methods repeatedly. What I’ve done for my girlfriends, I want to do the same for you and the thousands of women I’ve not had the fortune to meet yet.

Thanks to the stability and security of my day job, I’ve been able to do even more for my family and my community.
